A Personal Development Plan (PDP) is developed between the candidate and Assessor to outline completion of each Unit within the qualification programme. This gives the candidate a “time table” to work to, to ensure progress is continuous and steady. It also identifies the types of evidence to be provided and methods of assessment to be used.
The development plan is then reviewed with the Assessor at each meeting and changes may be made where the Assessor/candidate feels the targets may not be met.
The development plan should include your start date, the unit number and title and an achievable target date.
