A personal development plan is put together by the candidate to outline completion of each Unit within the Diploma programme. This gives the candidate a “time table” to work to, to ensure progress is continuous and steady.
The development plan is then agreed with their Assessor, changes may be made where the Assessor feels the targets are far fetched or mission impossible!!
The development plan should include your start date, the unit number and title and an achievable target date.
