The following Training in Scottish Protocol Energy Assessment is available from ABE-Assess:
Existing Dwellings
- This seminar will review the use of RdSAP software and the production of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for existing dwellings in Scotland. Since the 4th January 2009 dwellings sold or let in Scotland require an EPC.
Non-Dwellings
- This seminar aims to provide opportunities for individuals to update their skills and knowledge, to identify and prepare for the inputs necessary for producing EPC’s for existing non-dwellings in Scotland.
Following successful completion of the above training, candidates are eligible to join the Association of Building Engineers (ABE) Scotland EPCs Certification Scheme (subject to ABE membership approval).
