The Scotland Home Report
About the Scotland Home Report
The Home Report has been developed in Scotland to provide buyers and sellers with information about the condition, value and energy performance of a residential property being placed on the market. The Home Report incorporates the following documents: Single Survey, Valuation, Energy Report and a seller's questionnaire.
The aim of the scheme is to reduce the need for multiple surveys and valuations by providing individuals related to the buying and selling of a residential property with all the necessary information to make an informed decision.
In line with the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) Energy Performance Reports (EPRs) will also be required for non-domestic buildings both public and private.
